1. BOOKING POLICY

Bookings are confirmed only upon full payment verification.

2. RESCHEDULE POLICY

Free rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking.

Each booking is limited to one (1) reschedule.

Reservations are transferable. The original booker must notify us and remains responsible for the booking.

No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable and non-reschedulable.

3. COURT RULES

Proper court attire is required at all times.

Recommended maximum of 8–12 players per court.

Players must arrive at least 15 minutes before their scheduled time.

4. WEATHER POLICY

In case of unsafe playing conditions (e.g., heavy rain), bookings may be rescheduled or converted into credit.

5. LIABILITY

Players participate at their own risk.

By booking, all players agree to these terms and conditions.

Paddle Avenue and PicklePlay are not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost personal belongings.

Any damage to court facilities caused by players will be charged accordingly.
